What is your policy for product returns or exchanges?
Because most items at Butterfly Creations are custom-made and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized products.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. We may ask for a photo of the issue so we can quickly resolve it for you.
For non-custom items, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
